This resort is a hidden gem! The friendly staff, especially the concierge team, exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms were inviting, and the Jungle Bay Waterpark was a standout feature for my family. While the food quality could see some improvement, the overall ambiance and attentiveness of the team made our stay memorable. Can’t wait to return!

The pools and waterpark were fantastic for my kids, who absolutely loved spending time in the water. We also had a delightful experience at the Mare by Bussola, enjoying the stunning beach club vibe throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've encountered with something for everyone.

Culinary highlights include a truly impressive Bubbelicious brunch. However, the beach could use routine maintenance, and while the beachside service was efficient, the food quality at times fell short of expectations. Regardless, it’s a wonderful place worth recommending.

The hotel features neoclassical architecture and spacious marble bathrooms, which are elegantly designed and very accommodating for seniors. The serene ambiance and easy access to various areas made my stay utterly delightful.

Pleasant stay with great dining options

We spent a week at a beautiful resort with a large pool area and direct beach access. The restaurants, especially the Italian and breakfast options, were outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. However, the decor in the rooms could use a refresh, and we experienced some slow service during peak times which was a bit disappointing.

The water park is really fun for kids, and the staff is very helpful. Check-in process took too long, which was frustrating.
